I've been meaning to do this since my post from was a hit last year. I have included my to help anyone who may be interested in building one for themselves. The original plans are 36'x48' plots and you can use them as templates over cardboard or expanded pvc to cut out the pieces. I do have the CAD files and trying to figure out where to post it so you can download them. I based my helmet from a source I found online from, and all credit goes to him for the design.

I just scaled it up and modified it a bit to fit the lego body I was making. The suit was made from Expanded PVC. It's fairly lightweight and durable.

But you can do this with big pieces of cardboard for a less expensive costume. I made mine with expanded PVC so that I can reuse the body for different Lego costumes in the future.
