Hi Jomel, I have checked that thread and tried almost every suggested solution and am still getting failure messages. No matter in standalone installer or in windows update. That is the only error message I get. Some of the other updates fail too such as Security update for microsoft office KB 3203386 and 3162051 with Code 80070652.

But it really isn't as critical as the internet explorer 11 update because I need to use skype and skype depends on internet explorer 11. Yes I am using an antivirus program called McAfree SecurityCenter.
